JavaScript Developer

My name is Matthew Freeman. I am a highly efficient and motivated individual who is capable of learning new tasks and highly trainable. I have a very broad background which consists of investigations, customer service, and sheet metal working. Each of these has provided me with skills such as critical thinking, problem resolution, and good old fashioned hard work.

I enjoy working as a member of a team where my skills can assist in completing tasks and accomplishing goals. I am also capable of working as an individual, utilizing self motivation to complete work in a timely manner.

In my spare time I like to read books, go to the gym, and run. My favorite books include 1984 (by George Orwell) and The Hill (by Leonard Scott). My favorite exercise to do at the gym is the deadlift.

Country Facts

Country Facts is a small front-end project which gives a user the capital city, population, and region of a country. This project was built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bulma, and utilizes the REST Countries API.

Shot Tracker

Shot Tracker is a full-stack project which assists in keeping records of injections of medicine.This project utilizes HTML, CSS JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, Handlebars, Postgres SQL, Postico, Bulma, and Sketch. This application provides a way to easily read medical information pertaining to individual injection records which the user inputs.
